Application
Start Your Wholesale Application
A wholesale application must be completed in full and approved before you can place an order. You will be notified when your application has been accepted. No order will ship without a copy of your retail tax id certificate on file. We reserve the right to refuse any application or terminate any current account if our conditions are violated.
Applicants should fax or email a copy of their state sales tax certificate. Fax: 757-345-0263.
Applicants are required be in an industry-related business.
Minimum opening order is $150 for new accounts. After your initial order there is no minimum.
Payment
We accept Visa or MasterCard. Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
At this time we cannot offer any term payments options.
Placing an Order
Orders will ship within 2 business days, or you will be notified the reason for the delay.
The preferable way to place an order is through our website. We receive notification instantaneously and can work to fill your order quickly.
Orders can be faxed to 757-345-0263. Faxed orders require and additional 24 hours for processing.
Any order placed over the phone with a customer service representative will require an email confirmation to ensure no mistakes have been made.
All drop ships orders must be emailed.
Shipping
Our standard shipping is DHL ground. All shipping costs are to be determined at the time your order is shipped. Your cost will be based entirely on the size and destination of your shipment from Virginia. The invoice you receive in your box will state the shipping cost. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships along with the tracking number.
We offer USPS Priority and DHL 2nd Day options as well. Please note the postal service has a very poor tracking and verification system. The customer assumes all risk when requesting USPS Priority Mail. We will not be responsible for any failed shipments through the post office.

International Shipping
Standard shipping for packages outside the United States is USPS Priority International. You will be notified via email of the total shipping cost before your order is shipped.
Priority International mail generally takes 6 to 10 business days to arrive. However, this does not include anytime spent in customs. We are not responsible for any time your package spends in customs and therefore cannot guarantee any need by date.
Upon delivery of items, you may be asked to pay additional custom fees.
Correct Address
Please verify the address you enter when placing your order. If your package is returned to us because of a faulty address, you will be charged another shipping fee to reship the package to the correct address.
Returns
All returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt. You must include your RA number with your return. Any unauthorized return will be refused. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returns will be credited back to your credit card upon receipt and inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse a return upon receipt if:
- the item has been soiled or damaged in your care
- the item does not contain all of the original packaging
- the item is no longer suitable for resale
Inspect your package immediately upon receipt. You have 7 days to report any missing or broken items. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Unfortunately we cannot ship any replacement items via Express mail. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.)
All sales are final for items marked closeouts.
Cancellations
Absolutely no cancellations once your order has been submitted. NO EXCEPTIONS. This policy is to maintain the efficiency of our warehouse operations and ensure your receive your order in the shortest amount of time possible.
Back Order and Out of Stock Items
We do not allow or track back orders. Your card will be credited for all items not shipped.
You will be contacted by a customer service representative regarding all items not currently in stock. You may modify your order at this time.
